This stretch of the Saugeen River is one of the premier Steelhead
- Skamania - Chinook rivers in Ontario. People also flock here for the huge Catfish and Pickeral during June &
July, not to mention the excellent Bass fishing all summer long.
During spring and fall Steelhead and Salmon runs we become transformed into a virtual Fishing Camp. Some reasons for this are:
The public boat launch is just a block down the street and dockage* for our guests,
is FREE! *shore anchor-no dock this year due to health issue.
Nobody comes close to our Boat Rental Rates.
Our Manager, Bill and his wife Bernice are two of the friendliest, most helpful
people you're going to meet.
The fish cleaning station is right by the docks and has water, hydro, and a portojohn
close by.
Freezer-wrap and fish storage is provided - free.
All cabins / cottages, and the vacation house have gas barbecues - no charge.
All cabins / cottages are fully self-contained with showers, blankets, Cable TV's & VCR's,
microwaves, coffee makers etc. (Stereo sound system, dishwasher & garbage disposer in the vacation
house).
We have access to Lake Huron in 15' of water depth.
