There is a three night minimum stay requirement December through March.

House----- 3 bdrms., 8-10 person max., $800.00
Cottage #1 - 2 bdrms., 4-6 person max., $510.00
Cottage #3 - 2 bdrms., 4-6 person max., $490.00
Cottage #4 - 2 bdrms., 4-6 person max., $510.00
Cottage #5 - 1 bdrm. , 2 -4 person max.,$420.00
Taxes not included in above rates.

A deposit of 35% is required.
* totally refundable if we receive notice of cancellation no later than 5 weeks prior to date of arrival.
Once we receive your booking we will notify you, to verify the booking and it's availability, at which point we will hold your reservation for 10 days. Bookings taken in the prior year will be held until March 31, unless the deposit is received earlier. Upon receipt of your deposit, your reservation is confirmed, and a notice of Confirmation of Reservation will be sent to you.
