The property is waterfront, situated
on the picturesque Saugeen River,
offering a lovely, scenic view.
You'll also be a three minute ride
from our famous sandy beaches
at Southampton, which offer spectacular
sunsets as well as swimming
in the clear blue waters of Lake
Huron.
The Rosewood House is fully self-contained,
featuring three bedrooms
(one queensize, and five twin beds),
a spare room (double/single futon bunk),
a four piece bathroom, a large,
modern kitchen with dining area,
and parking for three (+) cars.
All pillows, sheets, and blankets are supplied.
A colour television with Cable and VCR is included, as well as
a stereo sound system, microwave oven, coffee maker
dishwasher, garbage disposer, and
